Delivery was lost no refund do not use this website

Terrible costumer service. Paid for a product & shipping & handling back in December. It’s February and I never received my package. I’ve been contacting costumer support for the last 2 months trying to get my product. They keep sending me the same email with a tracking number that hasn’t updated since Jan 7th. I called the local Post office & they told me it was sent back to the shipper. The link shows the package was never scanned for delivery. They refuse to give a refund or replace lost or stolen item

Terrible Company, I bought whipped Beef Tallow and Manuka Honey and they send me an imitation it whitout Manuka Honey.

Terrible company, scam company I brought translation earphone thinking they will translate, but they are just earphones with no translation. Asked for a refund and they wouldn't give me a refund. Will not recommend this company. Stay away from this company unless you want to be scammed.

If I could do no stars I would. I ordered and paid for translation ear buds. I received inferior quality ear buds for playing music and phone use only. Contacted customer service who insisted they had sent the correct item and offered me $2 dollar refund. When I refused this as an insult they then offered me $4 dollar refund and asked me to send ear buds back to China at my expense!! I will never use this company again
