This service was invaluable in helping us to get an appointment with the French embassy. The embassy is switching to a new VISA management service so perhaps it will not matter but I doubt it. I advise people to make sure they print out and bring the appointment confirmation letter that they receive via email. This is a must, absolutely imperative as our name was not on their appointment list but with the confirmation they were able to look it up and we were able to get in. Once upstairs of course, it was all up to the consulate.
