Faultless CasterReviews of faultlesscaster.com

Nice American made rollers and casters. These replace some cheaply made Chinese casters that were more expensive.

They called me to authorize a substitution (4 casters with locking devices instead of 2 with and 2 without) so my order could arrive (without additional cost to me) in a more timely manner. Ultimately I received my original order, which was fine. I appreciated that they made the effort to expedite my order.

Exact fit replacement. Back in service in no time.

Customer Service was awesome! I’ll be back the next time we need casters

I bought the wheels to replace clogged wheels on a utility cart. The wheels arrived on time. The wheels were as described. I am pleased with the purchase and handling.

Good product, efficient service.

Customer Service is OUTSTANDING!!!! I placed an order, item was on back order, they called me to let me know about the delay......they called me!!!!!! The representative wanted to make sure this delay wouldn't effect my project deadline. That is awesome!!! Once I received my order, I realized I needed something a little different. I called and they walked me through their products and helped me get what I needed. Everyone was very very helpful. I would give you 10 stars!!!

Great products and service with super fast delivery!
