Casters ordered have been processing for 2 weeks. I’m now put behind on my project because of this. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very kind and helpful, and got my order moving again. This was unfortunately too late, and i am now going to deliver this product past it’s due date.

Pictures of the casters on the website are generic and not exactly of the ones you will get. Processing and shipping took forever. After waiting forever to get the casters, I opened the box to find out they sent me something that wasn't even casters( I ordered casters). The lady I spoke to was very friendly and prompt with the return, but then took a long time to get the new casters to me ( I am in California and they are being sent from Texas) I asked the lady when I called for the return of I could get it upgraded to 2 day shipping because I needed them soon.....no response)

You are correct that there was a mishap on the initial shipment, and as soon as we learned about the issue, we did our best to rectify the problem and shipped the correct parts immediately. Since this specific part was not in stock at our California warehouse, the fastest way to get it to you was from our Dallas facility.
