Upgrade to previous review: All the things I said in my previous review were true, but there has been much progress. I finally got my item (a glass vessel sink) and it was exactly as featured and very nice, beautiful in fact. The bad part of this company is that their phone number is worse than useless. I would get more satisfaction from putting a note into a bottle and tossing it into the ocean. It seems that telling paypal that I want my money back coupled with a horrible review on this site actually caught somebodies attention. While I am very grateful that I finally got my product IT SHOULDN'T TAKE A NUCLEAR OPTION TO GET A RESPONSE FROM A COMPANY. Lesson here; hope for the best and expect the worse, that way you won't be disappointed.
