I purchased fatty15 gummies recently and was very impressed with their customer service team. I had a lot of questions, and they took their time explaining everything to me in ways that were easy to understand! A lot of science went into their development and the customer service team was happy to educate me. It was a bonus that the gummies taste so good, and came in a cute resealable bag. I recommend fatty15 now to all of my friends and family!

I started fatty about 6 months ago. I’m a customer for life. I feel so much better since I’ve been on this supplement.

I love this product, I've been taking it for 4 years and I would never be without it. The customer service team is one of the best I have ever interacted with, they respond very quickly and they are always more than happy to answer all my questions. I love fatty15!

I’m 75 and sometimes need help making changes to my subscription or updating my credit card, and the fatty15 team has always been so helpful. Everyone I’ve spoken with has been patient, kind, and made things really easy for me. It’s so nice to be able to talk to someone who actually takes the time to help. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with the customer service team, and that means a lot to me. I’m very happy with fatty15 and really appreciate how well they take care of their customers.

I’ve been taking fatty15 for about 5 years and absolutely love it. It’s just part of my everyday routine at this point. Over the years I’ve also had a lot of interactions with the fatty15 customer experience team, and they have always been incredibly helpful whenever I’ve had a question or needed anything. I’m a big fan of the product and the company behind it, and I recommend fatty15 to my friends and family all the time. After 5 years, I’m still happily taking it and plan to keep doing so!

I have been raking the fatty 15 gummies for about 3 months now. I had switched from my original capsule subscription (which their customer service made super easy!) The mint apple flavor is unique and a nice mid afternoon snack. I feel like it gives me the energy to get through the rest of the work day. The science updates I get are so interesting too. Cool company, cool products!

What sets fatty15 apart from almost any other supplement company is their commitment to education and scientific integrity. Instead of just throwing a product at you with vague marketing claims, they take the time to break down the actual cellular research and lipid science behind C15:0 in a way that is clear, accessible, and grounded. My phone interaction with their customer service team reflects that same high standard. They are responsive, genuinely helpful, and clearly care about supporting their community. It’s rare to find a brand that blends cutting-edge scientific rigor with such thoughtful, human customer care. Highly recommend to anyone who values what they put into their body and wants to understand why it works!

I purchased the one month from the company and I found out that my doctor said that he did not advise me taking this product. Well I didn’t ask for the 30 days back, but I called and I canceled the subscription well the girl that I talked to evidently didn’t cancel the subscription so when the next one came, I called the day that it arrived and I told them that I had refused delivery on it evidently this company took the product back, but they refused to refund my money so I would not recommend this company to anyone because by the time you talk to the doctors to see if you can take it. They’ve already shipped you another one and it was their fault because I had called Customer Service to cancel. I didn’t think legally you could keep the product and still charge the customer but I guess this company can. To me since I refused it from the post office I didn’t just return it they should have refunded my money. Not acceptable company. Makes you wonder if their product is what it clams. They claimed they can’t help me because I turned it over to my bank, but the problem with that is they had already told me and I have the email to prove it that they won’t help me and that’s why I turned it over to my bank

Hi Laurene, we’re sorry for the frustration and confusion surrounding your subscription and refund. When our team was contacted about the most recent order, a chargeback had already been filed with your bank. Once a payment is formally disputed, the transaction enters the bank’s dispute process and we’re unable to issue a separate refund while that dispute is active. We understand how frustrating this situation was and regret that we weren’t able to resolve it with you directly before the dispute was initiated. Our team is always happy to help with subscription changes or concerns, and we appreciate your feedback. Please reach out with any questions!
