Paid for expedited shipping, order unfulfilled 9 days later still
Ordering from their website was pretty straight forward which I appreciate. However, I paid for expedited shipping and 9 days later my order is still in “unfulfilled” status. I have contacted customer support and will give an update on what they say. Update 27/05: They responded a couple of days after contacting them and they said I can get a refund. I’ll see if they send it! 06/07: I received the fat head, but it was a little too late. However, they refunded my order and apologized.
