You can chat 24/7 with a live representatvie. I have done this doznes of times, and always received prompt response and a resolution to my problem. If the chat representative cannot assist you, they will open a support ticket for your problem to be resolved. Most of my issues were resolved in less than 2 hours. I wish every site I dealt with had this type of service. I don't think I will ever change my domain host. From allt he freebies they give me, to the constant support and assistance, it gets no better than this.
