These FATCOW people are ripping us off! Just read the ways they have treated others here. I have the same story and do not want to spend part of my day describing it too. Waiting now for the bank to call me. THIS TIME I WILL SUCCEED AT STOPPING THEM FROM GETTING INTO MY ACCOUNT ANYMORE. $239 LAST YEAR AND THEY ARE GOING TO TRY TO DO IT AGAIN THIS YEAR. AND I CANNOT EVEN REACH THEM. They do not want us to reach them. They have the people from the Filipines do their dirty work for them. The Mass number is a FAX.

Tech support got transfer to text only and not sure if they’re real human or really an inter rated ChatBot support either. Take very long to get respond n it seem to end your chat when you wait so long n fell as sleep.

No customer service at all. I was a customer for 12 years. I asked for my auto renew to be turned off but they charged my card anyway and would not give me a refund. Please find any other hosting service but do not use Fatcow.

Been with this company for about 20 years. At first they were good, now they are terrible. They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ! They no longer have phone support and they do not respond to the support chat. They have been absorbed into Bluetooth, but Bluetooth will not give any support to Fatcow customers. You click the chat button, get sent to Bluetooth then Bluetooth says to contact Fatcow. STAY AWAY unless you want endless headaches trying to deal with your webhost company.

Terrible company and customer service. You will be charged even after you transfer your service and cancel auto-renew. Customer service is impossibly ineffective.

FatCow has now become FatFraud. They now hide and refuse to list any customer service number...indicative of wrongdoings. I was illegaly charged $300 dollars from my bank account without permission or authorization. ( this is a felony crime and investigated by the FBI) They dont answer their emails or chats! FatFraid is NO LONGER RELIABLE. Stay away from here. FCC needs to close them down..!!! Charles Del Campo

Do not use this company! They auto renew when you have told them not to and refuse to give you a refund. It's very difficult to cancel any product you have with them and they'll just keep taking your money each year. Avoid at all costs.
