fatbuddhaglass.comReviews of fatbuddhaglass.com

First time doing business with Fat Buddha and was very pleased all the way around. The product was exactly what I expected. My package was shipped quickly and arrived a few days later. I'm very happy with Fat Buddha and will definitely be doing business with them again.

I had this beautiful oilslick skull piece that broke and I was completely devastated. Went to Fat Buddha Glass's website and found it was completely sold out. I reached out by email to see if they were going to do a restock and they offered to check the warehouse just in case. They found the very last one and shipped it to me in Oregon from the east coast in just a few days. I am so impressed by their level of customer service and the quality of care they packaged my item in. My expectations have been far surpassed. Thank y'all so much, I will be a returning customer for life.

I wish I could write a good review but not happening. I bought a 30 something dollar freeze sherlock blue . This pipe looked really nice, they shipped it and I still haven't received . I reached out and received no positive answer . The company got my money and I have no product. I reached out and they got back to me . Their answer was the order says it was delivered to a parcel box . But I still don't have it . I live in a apt complex that poor people live in and the people around here keep stuff if accidently delivered . I was wanting this pipe for a minute finally order it and now the post office deliveries to somewhere else . I have to prove that I didn't get it. But do they have to prove it was delivered in the correct parcel box. I mean I'm still getting mail from previous tenants . But it's okay I will let this co.pany keep my money . But I'll be damned if I won't say anything .If I could reverse my payment I wouldn't because I'm honest but I feel like I've been screwed thanks for being a good company and offer solutions not dude your screwed thanks for your money . So my opinion sucks on these guys . I hope karma gets that company

Wonderful every time from\n The product to the shipment\n I was all good every single time.

Amazing company! Top tier customer service and shipping. Mike is the man. Really helpful and customer based. Gave me more value for my subscription boxes than any other current company. Would recommend this company to be a 1 stop shop for all your glassware, accessories or subscriptions needs. Thank you FBG team you guys are amazing.

First thing I noticed, was fantastic prices. We were offered a surprise bonus for a low price. when we purchased a product. The shipping was amazing fast and Updates on our order from fat Buddha the entire time. When our products arrived, we were very happy with the products and the surprise bonus purchase we made was beautiful. I wish more companies would hold themselves up to the standard. We appreciate their service and their excellence.
