If there was a rating below 1 star, I would apply. Going FastyCloud was a horrible decision. They are in Peru. Their ‘office’ in the USA is a residential apartment. By all indications are its a one person entity. My assessment is they went out of business Aug 28, 2026 and they didn’t pay their vendors. They claim a cyberattack, but it is more likely they were going to get shut off before Sept 1 and they tried to move to another vendor and the move failed. Now they are stuck without servers and all our data is gone. Why do I suspect ? A simple change to their DNS and $3/month hosting would recovered their fastycloud and fasty.cloud sites, but they can’t afford $3 ? They’ll most likely re-surface by another name, and our data is permanently gone.

FastyCloud has been fully down since Friday, August 28th — no website, no client portal, no email, and no DNS resolution for any site on my account. That's three days with zero response from support. I ran my own diagnostics rather than wait. The server (147.124.215.30) returns a 503 error with "resolve_failed" on every single request, and both of the nameservers tied to my account are completely unresponsive. This points to a broken DNS resolver on their end, not a hardware failure or lost data — which makes the silence harder to understand, not easier. I submitted a ticket from my registered account email and got nothing back in three days. I'm posting here because every other channel has failed. At minimum I need a real status update. If this isn't resolved soon, I need a way to export my data before I move my sites to another host entirely. Before this incident, I would have given fastycloud.com a 4 star rating. But having my websites down this long is unbelievable especially since fastycloud. com has said nothing to its customers. No status updates, no work-arounds, nothing.

I really regret choosing FastyCloud for my hosting needs. It feels like a group of kids are running the show here. I’ve faced constant hacking attempts, and when I reached out for support, I received no help at all. Definitely not reliable!

Hace dos semanas tengo caídas constantes, error 503 todo el tiempo, la Base de Datos desconectada cada 20 minutos, creo tickets a diarios, me responden lo obvio, a veces simplemente los cierran. Muy mala experiencia y ya estoy de salida con ellos, sin mencionar que cada tanto debo crear ticket para que solucioen el error de licencias ya sea de CPanel o de otra app como Softaculous, las IP es otro tema... en lista negra, en fin...

Pésimo Servicio, entre ellos: Caídas recurrentes y suspensiones del servicio sin justificación alguna. Cobros duplicados e inconsistencias en la facturación. Nuevas suspensiones igualmente sin fundamento. Y lo más inaceptable: amenazas de bloqueo de mi IP simplemente por abrir varios tickets de soporte, cuando lo único que se ha hecho es reclamar por un servicio deficiente. Resulta inadmisible que un proveedor, en lugar de ofrecer soluciones, responda con amenazas y represalias frente a reclamos legítimos. Esto refleja un nivel de servicio y atención al cliente totalmente inaceptable.
