Amazing experience
I absolutely loved working for FastSpring. I found I had opportunities to shift to different departments, there existed outstanding leadership and inspiration, and it was so fun to work collaboratively amongst different teams. It was truly an amazing experience and I still like to hangout with my old team today. What a fun group of people doing big things in the world and making a real impact to provide a merchant of record platform for clients and consumers alike to access digital goods.

Zebra Tech fulfiment
I bought 2 Zebra Tech printer licences via the Zebra website. It was unclear at the time that I was actually buying from FastSpring (as opposed to FastSpring just being the payment processor, like worldpay), so when I needed a refund Zebra were really unhelpful. My confusion was compounded by the fact that the FastSpring website states to contact the vendor for refunds, not them. Anyway, I found a customer support email for FastSpring and within 12 hours it was all sorted out. I honestly thought it was going to be impossible to get a refund, but the speed and efficiency of the team in sorting it out for me was impressive.

Thank you so much for this wonderful feedback! We're thrilled that our support team was able to resolve your Zebra Tech printer license refund within 12 hours, despite the initial confusion about FastSpring's role as a merchant of record. We appreciate your point about clarity - it's helpful to hear that the distinction between FastSpring as your seller versus just a payment processor wasn't immediately clear. We'll take that feedback into account as we work to improve our website information. It's great to hear that once you found our support email, our team's speed and efficiency impressed you. We'll share your appreciation with our team! We truly appreciate you taking the time to share this positive experience!

Support That Actually Shows Up
I ran into a problem while setting up my web store and emailed their support team. I heard back within a few hours, and they walked me through the fix until everything was working. That kind of fast, genuinely helpful service is rare, and it made the whole experience painless.

Thanks for taking the time to share this. Setting up a store should be straightforward, and when it isn't, getting you unstuck quickly is the least we can do. Glad our support team could walk you through the fix and that everything's working. If anything else comes up, we're here.
