We have been using FastSpring for almost 2 years. They make it so easy for our end customers to buy the product in their own currency. If there ever are any issues, the support team responds in a timely fashion. Accounting is very simple as well. My only wish is that I had a system this simple and comprehensive for my Direct customers.

Update: Both orders were delivered today by DHL. Still no response from CS. Placed an order for an Akia Fire FL Studio via the link on Image-Line's website. I made a purchase on 10th September and was advised the order would be despatched within 7 days but usually within 1-2 days. The confirmation email also said to look out for an email from UPS about delivery. I have contacted CS on 3 occasions and not once have I received a reply. I also raised the issue with PayPal's Resolution Centre which was sent 5 days ago and I still haven't received a reply. I purchased a 2nd Akia Fire on Sunday 22nd September, hoping I would get a response about both deliveries being shipped but as yet I've received no response. I'm really hoping this review will get a response from FastSpring and both my purchases will be despatched soonest.

We've been using FastSpring as ecommerce solution for years to sell online. Support was and is always top-notch, support for payment methods wide, handling of customer-facing support generally good and fees reasonable.

We've been with Fastspring for over 8 years now, having switched from Share-It after the Digital River take-over. During that time we've seen how Fastpring bears up under trying circumstances (fraudulent attacks and so on) and I have to say their support has been excellent. No "script-monkeys" - you get an intelligent, capable person who gets straight to the issue you're having and sorts it out.
