Best payment gatway

I have been a vendor with FastSpring for more than 10 years and have received no complaints from my customers. FastSpring saved me when all the Software Resellers were aquired by Digital River and I had to close my accounts with them. Regarding the recent complaint raised by Kai, I also had the same problem initially. But then I found out that Hyperwallet is in fact better than PayPal. They directly send Sales Proceeds from FastSpring to your bank account in the currency you want. Moreover, they have an auto pay option even for daily sends which I have not tried out yet. All in all, FastSpring has been my trusted reseller for software for more than 10 years!

Initially had an issue with a license generation issue, and messaged support. Paul got back to me within a few hours to let me know what was happening with my purchase. They voided it on their end so I wouldn't have to deal with my bank. He was very helpful in explaining the situation and explained that it should work next time. At that point I decided to give it a shot based purely on the customer service experience I had, and it worked! As someone who has worked in customer service, I highly recommend. Great customer service can make or break a company. Excellent!!

Personally, I had a very positive experience with the Fastspring customer support. A software I bought and for which Fastspring processed the payment was charged twice off my bank account. I contacted Fastspring customer support as soon as I noticed it (fsprg.nl was mentioned in the payment reference) and was contacted first by Trevor, who then referred me to Paul for this specific matter. The communication was very clear, helpful and friendly and I always received an answer within hours. In the end, Global Collect Support indicated an error on their side and Paul immediately arranged the refund of one of both identical payments as soon as the problem was all cleared up. Mistakes may happen and when they do, this is my idea of a good customer service.

The very best payment processor I've tried quite a few payment processors but none of them was nearly as good as FastSpring. Their product is outstanding, easy to implement and huge help for a small business selling products and services Worldwide. A bit expensive but worth every dime. Their customer support is also exceptional.

FastSpring are a good payment processor , I've used them for a while and accepted a few payments which have settled into my account however I've had it primarily paused as I'm waiting on their response to a few questions which are unanswered after 30+ emails back and forth.
