This review isn't ment on fastspring, but the seller of my product (UpredSun) sorry for not clarify this. It's one off the worst fraud company I've dealt with. not alone they promizean answer to your complains and within 23 houres but you'll never get an answer. More serious is it that they stil run there website and accept payment from a host of cards and also billingsystems like paypal. Wow,/m such big scammers. Instead of replying to people on here why don’t you stop scamming people. I ordered the Akai fire 99$ over a week ago and they took my money and just disappeared , have ignored every email . I am going to be filing an official report. We have to get these guys off the internet , this is ridiculous. How did a company like to studio allow them to sell their products.

BUYER BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM- they take your money and NEVER REFUND IT, DON"T ANSWER THE PHONE, direct you to numerous email sites that no none moniters. Ditto on what everyone else said, they took my money, product I downloaded VCartoonizer DID NOT WORK. I requested a refund 5 times they don't respond..SCAM SCAM SCAM so I am filing my complaint with the BBB for all of you who have been scammed file on them there- it might help get your money back. Let's put them out of business- who runs an operation like this anyway? I can't believe Vcartoonizer was given a good review I would of never bought it had I known about FastSpring and their SCAM.

The most scam company ever created on internet.. They will never refund or reply you by mail.. Stole 2000$ from my credit card last week.

This company is scam - told a minor after already charging him 600 dollars he needed to pay 600 more. Then, when he wouldn't, they told him they would pay "half" if he would close the deal. What a joke!! My card was stolen and no charges should have been made on it. I have been sending emails for the last 12 hours. No one needs a 600 dollar clean up service.

I bought a Template from them back in March and paid them 60€. Now, 5 months later, I find an unauthorized transaction of 7,50€. Thinking it might be legit, I ignored it until today when they tried to take 191.89€ out of my account. It seems like they test you one week prior by booking out a small amount and if you don't do anything they steal more money 7 days later. I can only agree with these reviews here. FastSpring is a huge scam and because of their fraudulent operations, I now have to block my credit card and order a new one. Seriously, before doing business with them, just do a web search on them. It's not hard to find that they are criminal.

Big time scammers! I received a call from a representative claiming that they were going to give me a refund. What really happened was they transferred money from my savings account into my checking account then claimed that they had overpaid me and wanted me to send them (via Target or Walmart) the difference of what my "refund" was and what they "accidentally transferred" into my account. On top of this they implanted a virus into one of the files of my OS and I had to get my OS put back to the factory settings! Plus change all of my account information. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

This company supports scammers, don't ever do business with them
