Hello, I just visited the website: international-iq-test.com and payed for my results using fastspring (paypal). The payment initially didn't go through, so I naturally tried to authorise it a second time. Both times I didn't receive my results and I have just received two emails from fastspring that the money will be booked from my account! This is one massive scam guys! BEWARE! I haven't heared back from fastsprings and I haven't goten my money back either!

The nonsense continues. They have a phone number that is designed to keep you from really reaching anyone to resolve your issues. They require information about this account that they have never provided me in an attempt to frustrate the customer. I have asked via their emails to me to simply end the service and they ask for account information that i do not have and was never provided by the vendor. This is the type on emails that I receive. If I signed up for it I I have paid them but I don't know what website it is for (I have a few) . Trying to get a hold of support is really difficult (by design). This is only about approx. $85.00 in billings but I can't navigate a way to cancel this product. If I owe it that's fine if I don't I want a refund and I want it cancelled. The only website it might be related to was closed last year.

I was buying IOBIT's Advanced SystemCare Ultimate 13 and was directed to Fastspring payment platform to pay for registration charges of rupees 1219.99 (equivalent of US $12.99 plus GST). While this transaction failed - at least I want to believe it that way as I never received confirmation email or saw success screen, I was still charged on my credit card. When I filled the requisite online form, I received a response saying that this is just preauthorization and would drop off. This happened on June 27, 2020. However on June 30, 2020, I saw that this charge which was showing as unbilled was now properly placed on my credit card. Since then I have written several emails to Fastspring but there has not been any response. After going through multiple reviews here where people have lost money like this, I feel that even I have been cheated. I have several support ticket numbers - 00928306, 00928111, 00927413, 00925677 but no trace of refund. I would strongly suggest people to think multiple times before buying anything on Fastspring platform. Update as of July 16, 2020 - I raised dispute about this charge through my bank which was further taken up with visa who in turn took it up with Fastspring and I am pleased to confirm that I have received a complete refund of those charges.

I used fastspring to download ketodiet but I paid €19.99 for nothing because the email with my diet never came. This site is a scam.Be aware. I connected them and say to contact the vendor and they gave me the email but the email says it's a scam . Be aware.. Fastspring conacted me and closed the case.

I had a charge from FastSpring appear on my credit card statement in spite of never having purchased anything from them or their vendors. I contacted their support and was messed around for 3 or 4 emails and then they shut the case on me! Worse than useless. The sooner this company is prosecuted for wire fraud the better in my opinion.

All is gimmick! Beware! You pay - then a key is supposed to be included in a confirmation mail enabling you to start your workflow - but is is NOT included. You pay - for NOTHING. In addition - you are better cancel your banking card... With issues and costs plus extra time to get a new one... SO BEWARE... before SUCKS...

I've bought a book "Neo Soul guitar" which costed me 17.99$ at 21 of July 2019.The product contained PDF and supplementary audio files,which were located on their website and were available for customer to download anytime.Recently I entered as a customer to a website using my link sent to me via email and the product was erased completely and gone.So I wrote them an email(containing receipt and other purchase proof documents screenshots) to a support service and then the whole mess started - they started endlessly redirecting me to other emails(probably false)claiming that the current email is "no longer monitored".The process went on and on four times I think till I posted my claim on support department on their website.Guess what,their answer again was to post to a new email that I suppose has been generically spoofed by the company.Avoid purchasing anything from this service - they will never refund you and will get you frustrated posting to a non-existent made-up emails....

If you're lucky enough to have your transaction happen correctly, you'll be fine but expect no support. If your transaction does NOT go through, even though the payment happened successfully, your money will be stuck in hell. I managed to successfully confirm trough the seller that they considered the order as failed, but they never released the authorization for the payment nor answered to my emails (I literally sent them 4 both from me and amazon pay) for 14 days. Absolutely not recommend if you can avoid it.
