Our company cooperated with Fastspring and use it to sell desktop software online. We discussed the product online problem for a long time, and Fastspring always says "Yes, you can use our platform". However, after we prepare everything well and we sell our products for 2 year+, Fastspring told us to stop using their platform, no reason, no solution. So bad company.

They sell a product called Revoicer for text-to-speech ai conversion. Please steer clear as this is a complete scam company that say they will deliver one thing and that you will be refunded if you are not happy with the product. After purchase they asked for more money for features that they marketed for the asked price then when you ask for a refund they suddenly say it is non refundable. Update: After escalating this to PayPal customer service PayPal reviewed my case and I managed to get my refund from them. Sad part is that the service they advertised looks very good, but there are also plenty of similar services from companies that doesn’t try to scam you.

This company has to vanish from the market. They cannot even address people in a polite manner but call them by their forenames as if they were buddies. Not to mention the incompetence. They CANNOT trace an order. It is simply a trickster game they are playing to help ripping off people.

Absolutely shocking company, I've sent numerous emails over the last 2 weeks as the program was throwing error codes, no response at all, I've just been refunded by PayPal as they didn't reply to them either, never again

Fastspring pick me up money 98,99 euros. I never work with them and I never receive any email or invoice. And I try to reach them for an explanation without success. Business Thief is more relevant for them.

Bought iOS System Recovery for Windows Yearly License from this reseller. They took my money quickly, competently and resolutely. Sent me an activation code. It did not work ("not recognized"). No replies to repeated e-mail and on-line text inquiries. FAQ outlines ridiculous, intricate process for getting help or refund from the software company (Tenorshare). Tried that but they do not recognize the order number so cannot help. Conclusion: Either this is a scam or over the top incompetence. Paid via Amazon so I had them refund immediately which, of course, they did. Stay away from these folks.

Bought PCTuneup in 2021. One time purchase. Six months ago they started billing me 19.99 monthly. I did nothing to initiate the billing. This company is a scam. Been billed again 8 times. Had to close paypal account and cancel credit card to try to stop these guys.
Response from FastSpringAug 25, 2022
Hi Jim – we are sorry that you are seeing additional charges. Although we did search, we cannot locate charges that have not already been refunded to you. Because we do not store credit card information, there is no possibility that a subscription charge would stem from a one-time purchase, but there could be other reasons for an additional charge that we will be happy to investigate. Please contact our support team by creating a new request, and we will help you resolve the issue. Thank you!
