Hi Jeff - I'm sorry for the issues you had with this reel rusting. I see that you are located just a few miles from the Pacific ocean in California - perhaps a stainless steel reel may be a better option in your use scenario. I think you ordered the reel from Zoro.com according to the emails you sent to us in January. We responded by providing links to the plumbing fittings you'd need to make this work. I'll reach out to you directly and see if we can just replace that reel for you. -Nate

Hi Michael, thank you for your order and feedback. Sorry for the miscommunication on availability. We try to have accurate lead times on all of our items. In this case, the page said 5 business days. With the order being placed on Christmas Eve, there were delays given the timing of Christmas/New Year holidays. Again, we apologize for the delay and inconvenience. Hello Adam - I am really sorry about the delay. It looks like we shipped it within 24 hours of you placing the order, but looking at the tracking, UPS mis-routed the package, causing the delay. I see that it is out for delivery today however, so that is some good news! -Nate

Hello Alexandre. You placed your order on 6/21 and we shipped on 6/23. We shipped it using your requested shipping method USPS Fist class mail international. Typical delivery time for this international service is 6-10 business days (1-2 weeks). USPS doesn’t require packages scans for First Class International packages like they do with with Priority Mail. I’m sorry that this international delivery didn’t meet your time frame expectations.
