The NES22 thread repair tool works OK and delivery was fast. The reason this is not a 5 star rating is due to the price. There is nothing in this little tool that can justify a $70 price tag. FastToolNow was the lowest overall cost I found (price+shipping), so this is not a dig against them.

The carbide burrs work great.

Ordered some wrenches and I wasn't getting any shipping notifications so I called to check. The customer service was great just the fact that my wrenches would not ship for a month after ordering them was a little upsetting. Other than that everything was good.

Had a great experience with your process. The one problem I had is with the company that delivered my order they would not deliver to my house. I had to meet the truck on the main road with traffic. Was not pleased with that.
