I ordered a cross cut mill bit on 4/21/22. I paid for over night shipping, it didn't arrive till 4/28/22. I ordered a part from Grizzly the following day , regular shipping. It arrived 4/27/22. I would like my over night shipping refunded.

I ordered my tool a month ago and it’s still awaiting fulfillment…..I’m so angry, I would have never have purchased this from you had I known this was going to be the outcome. I needed this for metal training at work over three weeks ago

Hi Thomas - Sorry for the delay on your order from 3/22, it was unexpectedly backordered with the manufacturer. I do show it was shipped out earlier than their ETA and delivered on 4/18. Let us know if we can help with anything else.

Going on 9 working days & my order has not shipped. There was nothing saying it was on back order when I placed my order.

Placed order over 6 weeks ago and 4 weeks ago they said they would check on it. Asked twice to cancel order and get refund and I have heard nothing. Just ordered same product from Full Source and it arrived within a week.
