Stay away from this fraud company. They will take your money and lock your account. Worst service ever!!!

One of worst exprience using email providers. blocked my account 1 day after using for no reason and no reply from any support for few days now.

Worst customer support of any email service I have ever used.

After using Fastmail for many years, recent changes have left their webmail dangerous and unusable. Fastmail has completely rewritten their entire website to be completely dependent on javascript and these changes were making my browser crash regularly, to the point of crashing my operating system so badly that hard resets were required. So, although I had already paid for many months ahead, I was forced to move to a different provider. Even the configuration pages have become unusable. I couldn't even copy my aliases from their website while migrating. Fastmail is a once-great company, now made horrible. Additionally, Australian privacy laws are now the worst in the entire world. Don't expect to find information about the recent changes using Google.

Stupid company along with stripe mail box don’t receive password reset stripe support as stupid and long as can be

I've been a user for 4 years and while setup took a while initially the service has worked well until something changed and records were retired. To say that customer support is atrocious would be an understatement. Replies take days to get and follow up is as long as the initial contact. I work in tech and am studying cybersecurity so I was able to read my way to a solution after trying to wait for them to help. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and made me wonder where else may they have the same attitude in doing such lack luster work? Almost a week for ticket time responses is not customer service it is an embarrassment.
