FastingskoolReviews of fastingskool.com

I joined Taylor’s Community about a month ago now along with a few others and I have to say - his is by far the best that I joined. I love that he really goes into the mindset of fasting, not just the physical aspects. He is very active and always there to help whenever I have any questions. I have to say I’m really enjoying being in his community and I’d recommend it to anyone!

FastingSkool has been the greatest find of the year, at least as far as fasting and biohacking ! Taylor takes the time to answer our questions individually and always gives practical and insightful advice. I have been in many fasting groups but this by far the best. I think it’s the combination of Taylors passion , knowledge and overall willingness to help . We have live sessions on various topic and I always come away inspired . It’s not just fasting, its bio-hacking! Tina

I love that the information provided is all science backed! I’ve learned a lot about fasting and how to incorporate it into my daily life.

Taylor, Taylor, Taylor. There are no words to describe the impact Taylor & Fasting Skool has had on my life. Since meeting over 12 months ago; I’ve lost 75lbs. I found Fasting Skool on YouTube; and liked what they preached; it made sense. I’d been successful in all areas just not fitness. I needed to have my body match my business success. I had tried everything in the past Keto, Paleo, no bread, had hundreds of workout plans, trainers, you name it. Nothing worked long term. I’ll be honest before doing coaching; I was skeptical. I’d worked with people before. But the approach I was told to take was different. Never had anyone focused on the mental side or behavior of fitness. The community is incredible. They get it. You learn from others mistakes. You network. You have support without judgement. 12 months in; I’m 75lbs down. Customer for life and now friends for life.

Taking advice from Taylor’s page has been one of the best decisions I’ve made while cutting weight. I hit a major plateau recently and was struggling to cut off a few more pounds then I installed Skool and ran into Fastingskool and I’ve been on go ever since!!!!!!!!!!

I am so happy I found this app. This platform has been a godsend just having the guidance, support and KNOWLEDGE HAS BEEN SO HELPFUL and essential in my fitness journey. If you take your health lifestyle/fitness journey seriously I would highly recommend you getting on this platform. Taylor has so much knowledge and has really been an asset. I feel a difference but more importantly, I am seeing positive changes in my body and mobility.

Taylor is without a doubt insanely knowledgeable and you can tell he’s actually passionate about his craft! He’s the Michael Jordan of bio hacking🙌🙌
