Everything worked perfectly, but I was instructed by the post office personnel that the shipping label for ground shipping was not accepted by the passport office and I had to send it priority shipping. I’m not sure it is true but I had to take the postal works word at that time so I’m out of the cost of the ground shipping label.

I filled out my passport information five weeks ago still have not gotten a passport and I paid to have it expedited. Where is it?

I would’ve gave it 10 stars but I have no way of contacting you when I have a problem I got a letter from the passport people saying that I’m not eligible for a a renewal said I haven’t never had a passport but I sent them. My old passport had been expired for five years and it said 15 years and you’re still eligible so great company they filled out the paperwork did everything but no way to contact them to help me with the new paper.they got a hold of and helped me redo it great company

The process was quick and easy. I was told it would take 10-13 weeks to complete the process and receive my passport book. The processing time and approval will be about 4 weeks once we receive my renewal passport book and my two children acquire their first passports. We are supposed to receive on 01/31/2023. All the paperwork is being returned in a separate mailing, but I'm very happy with the service. I didn't even pay the additional fee to expedite the process.
