This falls on me however, I ended paying for a service I could've completed on my own absolutely free of charge. I resubmitted the necessary information including my old passport in that this third-party company moves forward with sending me my new one.

Filling forms and mostly a passport form can be frustrating and you just hope you get it all right so it does not get sent back. My experience with fast form filler was amazing! Took me about 4 minutes to complete my passport application and just print, attach picture, sign and done!
