Horrible customer service. Take very long to reply. Very Ai generated logos and i spoke with the "manager" and he was very disrespectful and unhelpful. Then they wont send you the files in your package unless you pay an extra $275 fee at the end. Scam!

If I could give a negative i would these people literally harass me now. They wont stop calling and emailing no matter how many times I ask. One of them laughed at me then threatened me. They in the beginning said oh it'll b this much then once I got the proofs for the logo I actually drew I just wanted it cleaned up They said oh no thats for this part now u owe us this to get product. Which was my drawing in the 1st place! Then tryed to scare me into 1000 registration fee to trade mark the logo and name. My business name is already registered threw the state! And they email text and call about every 3 to 4 weeks with some stupid thing saying oh someone wants ur logo act now I say whatever give it to them and they get very rude and aggressive. I wouldnt deal with this company ive already consulted an attorney about this cause this shit has to stop. Do urself a favor and stear clear of this company

This company is a scam. They start out good to lere you in and at the end they screw you. I’m out of $600 with no website no logo no rights and I can’t even get a refund. The website said money back guaranteed. But that’s a lie they need to be reported to Better Business Bureau ASAP.

Started out as a good experience. Which of course is how someone is willing to pay these guys for anything. I did eventually receive the logo I paid for after calling them out when they started pressuring me to pay more money for trademark or "rights". Today April 06th I received an email trying to convince me that there is going to be a trademark issue which will cause me to have to change my logo and company name (not a company anyways btw is personal project) I have all text messages and the email. as I didn't want to deal with them over the phone at all. so All communications are in text form and can be shared if needed. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

My experience was just as the other reviewer, Al Butler stated. This is a scam!!! They lure you in with their package deals, which are reasonably priced (with no mention of any additional fees required). But little do you know once they present you with the design and you make your selection they will then state that they need to speak to you on the phone to "finalize" everything. This is where they will now tell you that you need to pay an additional $450-$950 to receive the design. They state that you must copyright the design. That is a lie! Copyright is not mandatory. Even if it were mandatory, why don't they state this requirement upfront when you are purchasing your package?! That's what makes this a scam! They pretend to offer you a service for a flat fee then when it's time for them to deliver your goods they tell you you can not receive the product unless you pay several hundred dollars more. Additionally, when I refused to pay they threatened to close my account if I didn't change my mind within 3 days. When I reiterated that I will not pay the additional fee and I also requested a refund (as Money Back Guarantee was reported in their Elite package, that I purchased) I was told by Mr. Edward Miller "project manager/director" (note the quotes) that no refund will be given that they had given me the design and revisions and they had completed the project. This is a classic case of Bait and switch!!.... Side note: Since submitting my info to this company I have received tons of scam calls and text messages asking about my business, which no one else could have known about since my business is new and I have told only family members about it (no outsiders)......Please, please, please, stay far away from this company they are scammers!!! 11/20/25 Update: Two days ago I was contacted by the company and given the original files to the logo; which I am grateful for. When I replied and said thank you to Mr. Edward Miller for displaying integrity he then responded with pleasantries, (which I appreciate), followed by requesting that I remove my review (above). He mentioned that he would like the company to build trust with their customers indicating that my review would be a hindrance to that. Although, I am grateful that they have given me the logo (that I paid for) I am still unhappy with their services because according to their Elite package, which i purchased, I have only received the logo and revisions i requested (only 2 of the physical package items). In their Elite package, along with the logo design they promised to provide several other products such as, a banner, letterhead, business card design to name a few..... So, given my experience with the company my opinion has not changed. I would not recommend them to anyone, because of their untrustworthy practices. I know they wanted to try to mend this situation by trying to bribe me to take down my review, but I can not. I aim to live honestly and to help others. I do not want anyone else to experience what I experienced with this company. If Fastest Logo company wants to build trust with their customers and potential customers they should act trustworthy and be transparent. Trust can NEVER be built on lies!

The package sounds great. The initial call left me comfortable and thinking I had found a competent company capable of giving me a quality design. After paying we were asked to discuss the plan with the head designer. At this point the conversation shifted to trademarking the logo. They pressured us to pay 800 for the trademark, Going as far as to say someone else is working on a business with the same name as ours. After ending that conversation I received a text message again imploring me to pay the 800 for the trademark. At this point I began to think scam. To make this a short story the logos finally arrived and they were nothing more than ai logos. I told them I was disappointed and they sent another batch of similar logos. I asked for a partial refund, which I thought was fair but it was denied. At this point I firmly believe it is a scam. They get your initial fee, and they do provide logos with no creativity whatsoever. I believe the scam is to sell trademarking. They were very pushy. Not a good experience. Beware. If the logos were decent I would not have bothered to leave a review. But that is not the case. UPDATE-I was contacted today and offered a partial refund. It was explained that a mistake was made and a partial refund would be made as soon as my review was removed. I declined the offer. I was then told that there is a money back guarantee on all of the packages and I would receive the money as soon as the review was removed. I declined. Definitely a scam. Money well spent to let the next person know what they are dealing with.
