We have been in business since 1981, based out of Atlanta, GA. Some of you surplus buffs may remember us from SOF or Shotgun news. We haven't done much online, but since the world has changed we are following suit! Our goal is to keep the military surplus store alive. We are a small business and we take pride in what we do. I ha e not received my order as of today 12/28/2024. My order was placed on 12/19/2024 and my card was debited on 12/19/2024. Please update me on my order and when can I expect delivery.

We are sorry to hear your package is missing, please contact us directly with issues instead of with a review notification through trust pilot. Also please note: This order was placed 12/19, the package was sent on 12/20 and the package says DELIVERED 12/23. The tracking number is 9405511206206865584649 with USPS for reference.

The picture and the price and the description was for a box of pipe cleaners not a bundle of a few cleaners. I would have bought the same brand on Amazon for less money if I had known this was a bait and switch tactic

We are sorry for the confusion, however on your order you selected 6 of the $1.99 bundles. It states in the product description that the "whole box" option is sold out, the whole box price was $34.95. We would have gladly answered any questions if you would have reached out to us directly.

Product photo did not match the item…
Product photo did not match the item sent. Seller explained that the wrong color was chosen which was set to acu. The average consumer would not be aware of what acu means and further conformation the photo should show the accordingly chosen color selection. This leads to confusion. I would suggest that the photo of the product to update based on the color selected.

Please be advised that this customer selected two ACU flight suits, which is exactly what we sent him. After receiving this order, the customer stated they didn't know what ACU meant. Also please note we do not offer refunds, but to make it right with this customer we agreed to issue a full refund and even lost money on the shipping costs. Our advice is if anyone has questions about military terminology, please ask us we are always more than happy to help.

HI Brandon, we are sorry to hear that UPS is taking longer than usual to deliver your package. We received your orders on April 29th and May 2nd. We took them to UPS on May 1st and May 2nd. All of your tracking numbers show that the delivery will be today, May 8th. They are coming from Atlanta, GA and it takes a while to get to the other side of the country, especially when non business days fall in-between. Rest assured, we did our part and got them out quickly. Luckily, you are still receiving your packages within the 5-7 business days that we shoot for.
