The most company to deal with!

Jack Albert was responsive to every question, request, and concern during the entire transport experience. Everything was handled professionally end to end.

My experience with this transport company (Fast Autoship) under Manager John was very disappointing. Communication was poor, and it was difficult to get clear updates regarding my service. Very disappointing experience. The company did not provide the service I paid for. When I requested to cancel my order due to the lack of service, I was told that I would have to pay a $200 cancellation fee. On top of that, my refund has not been processed. I found the situation unfair and frustrating, and I believe customers should be clearly informed of all fees and refund policies in advance.

Scott Robinson was great with prompt communication and extra effort, he also negotiated a great price. Thank you.

FAKE COMPANY!!! STAY AWAY!!! THIS LIAR JAMES SAID HE COULD GET MY CAR TOWED AND LIED NOW MY CARS ARE SITTING AND I HAVE TO PAY STORAGE FEES AND FIND A NEW SHIPPING COMPANY. THEN HE TRIES TO INSULT ME SAYING THEY DONT NEED MY 75 DOLLAR RESERVATION FEE!

Good to work with Scott Robinson.

ALERT. ALERT. ALERT SCAM ⚠️⚠️⚠️ This Company is a Scam. I was working with guy name James. They will message you everyday keep bugging you till you booked with them and whatever price you want they will agree to it in writing via text. Now once they send you the contract and you SINGED IT thats when you are SCREWED. They will charged you up front fee which you will never get back. And then they will outsource the job to whoever they find for you with much higher price then they agreed to. And if you ask for your money back they will say its a $200 cancelation fee which was mentioned in the contract. I had much cheaper quotes from USHIP but I went with them because the guy messaged me everyday. And they charged me 150 dollars extra. They attitude changes after you SINGED the contact.... PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.I am not the first they did this to look at other negative reviews they did the same thing to multiple people.... I am not sure how they have any positive reviews.
