My experience with FastAU has been extremely disappointing. After what I believed was a legitimate win of $2,900, I was told the game had been under maintenance and my winnings were not honoured. Since then, I have repeatedly asked for evidence to support their claims, including betting logs, game round IDs, wallet transaction history, maintenance records, and account ledger entries. Instead of providing the requested records, support repeatedly responded with statements such as "the system is back to normal," "you did not win," and encouraged me to deposit again. When I asked for proof, no documentation or audit records were provided. I have also contacted JILI, the game provider, directly to verify the game records and maintenance information independently. My concern is not simply the outcome of the dispute, but the lack of transparency. If a casino says a win is invalid or that funds were returned, it should be able to provide clear records showing exactly what happened. In my case, despite repeated requests, I have not received that evidence. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this platform until my dispute is properly addressed with supporting documentation.
