Hoodie was great. But never received a tracking number and shipping was longer than the 2-3 days that they claimed.

I had a customs hoodie made when I got it it wasn't how I asked them to have it they seem to be willing to work with me and send me a new one I never received it it's been over a month well over a month I haven't even received the tracking number the only thing that they tell me is that oh it's coming from Mexico but on the website it seems like it's coming from Thailand and my order is just lost they don't seem to be concerned with helping me understand what's going on very unhappy with the customer service and I feel like I just wasted my money I want my money back. But If I get my order then I would definitely take back my negative review. We started off well but, If I can get what I asked for then everything would be ok. This review is the only way I can express I'm not happy with how they are handling the situation. Please just get me my product. I don't want to wait another month to be told my order got lost.

Hello, you requested the replacement, so we sent it. Now, you open the dispute and want the money back while the package is coming. It's not fair so please remove the dispute and wait to receive the replacement.

Thus company will take you money. Do not buy anything from them. I've been waiting for my merchandise for over 60 days and nothing. I lost $50
