Bad customer service and hidden charges
Response from FashbrandsJan 28, 2026
Hello Rania, I am sorry for your feelings, however, I checked our system I can see that you received a reply to your inquiry after less than 6 hours. Regarding the "hidden charges", as noted on our website, any customs fees or import duties that may be charged once the parcel arrives in your destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, these charges are determined by local authorities, so we are unable to control them or estimate the amount in advance. You can also review our shipping policy here: https://www.fashbrands.com/shipping.asp You can return the order for a refund for any reason. Please feel free to contact us. We would be happy to help.

I have been waiting 80 days for an order of Oakley sunglasses to be shipped to the UK. The website claims that within 3 days, a tracking number would be given. No such tracking number was given. I understand that it will take time to ship items from the US to the UK, but no communication or tracking when I’ve paid $123 is appalling. They also did not reply to a message requesting information sent a week ago. Shockingly bad service and seemingly a scam.

Paid for product on 12 January 2024 it's now 2 September 2024. No product no communication. Con artists thieves don't support these people. All that will happen is your money will get stolen.

Emma-jane Wilcox is a scammer. This is what he/she wrote to us when he thought we sent his order: "Just so you know I have blocked my account and cancelled the transaction. Kind Regards Told you I would **** you"

Check the UPS letters!!! Suspicion of fraud! Only pay with PayPal, otherwise you will never get your money back! After placing my order, I received several suspicious letters from UPS demanding payment. Be sure to check the letters. After I read the bad review of the company and refused to accept the goods, I received suspicious calls, emails and letters from UPS for months with unfounded demands for payment. Even now after 5 months I am still getting UPS letters with fake reminders and demands for payment!!!! Beware of this company!!! I only got my money back thanks to PayPal!

Hello, I’m sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find your order in our system. Could you please provide more details so I can investigate further? As stated on our website, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient. For more information, please refer to our shipping policy here: https://www.fashbrands.com/shipping.asp Thank you for your understanding.

Beware of a scam! Ordered a sunglasses 3 weeks ago. I paid for my order. Received confirmation email it will be shipped "soon". After a week or so, my order was not shipped so I send them an email. Customer agent Will replied how my order will be shipped "soon". 10 days later, no sign from them. Again, I asked about my order, no communication. After that I asked for a refund, never heard from them anymore. I have been scammed!
