I ordered a coat and size is not correct. I wanted to return by they have told me to send parcel on my own. Price is horrendous as you need to send it back to China. Strongly not recommended.

Absolute rubbish. Supposed to be a winter coat yet its so thin you would freeze in it. Also fur lined hood looks NOTHING like the picture. CLEARLY a cheap imitation. DO NOT buy from this website... CHEAP CHINESE 💩

This is a scam site!! I ordered a top for £35. The top is awful and I have complained only for them to tell me I am wrong and the top is what was advertised. Please look at the photos and you will see this is not the case. The quality is like a cheap Halloween costume. Despite the name the shop is not in London. I have been ripped off and they are now expecting me to pay the return costs.

After making a purchase you’re spammed with emails asking to leave a positive review for discount codes on future purchases. So don’t trust the high number of positive reviews. I was charged £15 more than my total order price and I have been unable to get that money back.

The website advertises itself as if it is a British company ('Est London 2003') but the addresses are in the US and warehouse is in China. Very misleading. Reading the terms and conditions I am most disappointed as apparently you can only cancel your order within 15 minutes of making it! Their return policy seems quite poor too (e.g. 15% restocking fee, need to pay for return postage to China/customs fees). They also offer incentives (50% refund) for posting a positive review on trustpilot so beware the other high scoring reviews

AVOID! I bought a coat as it was listed as a “women’s wool trench coat,” “crafted from soft wool,” “soft wool fabric for natural warmth,” and a “classic wool trench.” I have since had it confirmed it is polyester - nowhere in the listing is polyester. The delivery is from China and if you don't want the tat they send you have to pay to return it.

Good range of online products. We haven’t received the shoes yet as only ordered today, but they look good quality and comfortable and hopefully mum will love them. *Having said this, I have had no email receipt from Farrowandsons 6 days after paying for mum’s shoes and no idea whether I’ll ever receive them or not! It is also not possible to phone them and they haven’t answered my emails. If they turn up and are ok, I’ll update this review. (This wasn’t an unprompted review. I was offered 50% off to write a review the same day i ordered the shoes, which also hasn’t been forthcoming)

I am furious. I ordered shoes for a wedding with a stated two-day delivery date. It has taken over a week and still hasn't been delivered. When I queried it, I was told that, since it's impossible to cancel an order online, I'm liable for the postage to Asia and that they will charge a 15% handling fee on top of other costs. In addition, as their website states: Customers are responsible for: Return shipping costs; Choosing a shipping carrier that supports customs clearance & gives a tracking code; Any applicable customs duties, taxes, and handling fees; Providing accurate customs documentation. Please note that Farrow & Sons is not responsible for return shipments that are delayed, rejected, or lost due to customs issues, unpaid fees, or incorrect shipping methods. This makes it almost IMPOSSIBLE to return any order due to circumstances beyond the customer's control, and I will NEVER buy anything from this store or site again. A WARNING for all other customers!
