Dealing with customer service (Noah) was great. He answered all my questions about the manuals that I had order. I would recommend them to my friends if they are interested in these manuals.

Great company. Noah was a pleasure to work with. He is quick to repond, very helpful and polite. I highly recommend this company.

Placed an order without paying enough attention and it went through, had to modify it and sent an email in and wound up talking with a guy named Noah inside of an hour, an actual person and he got me all fixed up in no time. They're good people and they do honest business. Absolutely would recommend!

Even with my slow connection, I had no trouble at all with the download. Customer support is exactly as described--when I had a question about my particular mechanical problem, Noah was quick to respond and answer my questions.
