We found ourselves in a position…
We found ourselves in a position planning to close in 45 days, when we found out from our appraiser, that US Bank doesn't lend when you sell anything created from your property, i.e. cattle, even though it's just a hobby farm. I reached out to several other lenders in a panic and Eric with Farm Plus came to our rescue! They expedited everything to make it happen.

Kathie was the best!
Kathie, Nina and team were amazing! They identified hurddles and resolved them before we even knew there was a challenge. They were able to solve a flood plain issue which was above and beyond. Kathie explained complex loan details in an understandable and patient manner. Response time on all matters was extremely fast. Couldn't have hoped to work with a better team for our purchase.
