RECOMMEND NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY Buy something by mistake from this company? Then you’re screwed! My wife and I (U.S. Navy Veteran) bought two Zline Range Hood Filters. They would not fit our model and the company refuses to return close to $70.00 that we paid for them citing their policy “accessories and consumable are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased” The filters are packaged the way they came, they had not been used in anyway, and there was absolutely no damage to them. This company when contacted again, just responds over and over with “Their Policy”. Just like the Borg “Resistance Is Futile”.

Deceptive trade practices. Their website said they had one ice machine in stock, placed the order for $3000.00 ice machine, and then they told me it was out of stock for a month. Told them to refund my money. They made excuses about waiting for stock to show back up. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Buyer beware! I bought an oven from them and it took 3+ additional weeks for delivery. I was rescheduled at least 8 times. Once purchased, the oven was not able to be used in my space so I reached out based on their advertisement of 30 return policy. Turns out that’s not really the case and they want to charge me 30% to return an oven never taken off the crate. Apologies only go so far when your told you wasted thousands of dollars. You can’t call them to talk to anyone- email only. This is NOT a company I would ever recommend

Awful seller. stay away. they are refusing to process my return, and try to charge me a shipping fee. Reported to Amazon. I can't believe they're even allowed to sell on amazon.

A pretty awful company with poor customer service and many hidden fees. I would never buy from them again.

I had a terrible experience with Farmhouse Kitchen and Bath. I purchased a refrigerator, and it arrived with scratched handles. I reported the damage within their 30-day return window, expecting them to honor their own policy, which clearly states that damaged products can be returned without a restocking fee. Instead, they refused and insisted that scratches do not qualify as "damage," even though they are part of the product's overall condition. After weeks of back-and-forth, they contradicted themselves multiple times and still refused to issue a return without a hefty fee. I had to purchase and install another refrigerator in the meantime, leaving me stuck with a damaged unit that I have no use for. Their customer service was dismissive and unhelpful, and I would strongly advise against purchasing from them. A company that refuses to stand by its own policies and makes returns difficult is not one I can recommend. Buyer beware!
