Farmers also donated $100,000 for the city’s emergency operations center and two megawatt generators that restored power to Beaumont. Farmers is a fantastic company!
Farmers rendered the best experience we have ever had with insurance. They were responsive, professional and turn around time for everything was immediate. It only took a couple of days to get everything worked out from hail damage to our autos and house. We are beyond pleased with Farmers.

Jerome Harris, Farmers Insurance
Jerome Harris, Lees Summit, MO is HANDS DOWN the hardest working agent in the biz. I’ve never left a review for an insurance agent before or really anyone. But I’ve had several issues over the last six months and he answers the phone after hours, he is just incredibly friendly and when the pipes are bursting or your kiddo wrecked your car he just has you somehow smiling and takes care of his clients! After having a truly bad experience with St@te Farm, ugh -just ugh to them, it has really made me appreciate an agent like Mr. Harris. If your agent doesn’t make you feel like you’re in good hands, call Jerome. (Sure that’s some other company’s motto but I don’t work for them and it fits.) Staff is super on the ball too- with so much bad customer service out there the good eggs deserve a shout out and that’s definitely the Jerome Harris’s agency - Farmers Insurance. 816.708.1100 Jharris@ farmersagent.com

Farmers agent Corrie Bingham A++++++

I originally had a met life policy…
I am updating my review to reflect my latest experience and appreciation to Farmers. I found an email address to an executive and wrote a very harsh email full of criticism and vitriol. Despite that, thus executi e responded to me...on a weekend. What was impressive, he submitted to the issues they were having in regards to their Met Life acquisition and outlined steps they are taking to remedy the situation. Furthermore, he took it upon himself to make sure my issue was resolved. Despite my previous experience...this earns farmers a strong 5.
