Great customer service. I accidentally dropped one of my smash cards in a glass of isopropyl alcohol so I emailed them for help and got a response almost right away. He suggested that I cut another card in half and use it for two samples. I would have thought it would be too small but they managed to work with it and got all of my results the same day that they received my samples. I will be using them again in the future.

I've only ever used Farmer Freeman for testing and will continue to do so. In my most recent experience, the samples I sent in weren't giving them a solid answer. After multiple attempts, they weren't satisfied with the accuracy. Instead of just saying "inconclusive", they had me send in a second round of samples and those got the results. Good looking out.
