Hi Bernard, thank you for the review and for bringing this to our attention. We are going to take a look at the results we delivered to you recently to see if we can find anything off. Do you happen to know the sample number of the plant that is a male? This will help us figure out what may have gone wrong. Additionally, if you still have this plant, we may want to test a new sample of it. We are going to start by looking at the previous data and possibly retest the samples we have on file. We will be in touch ASAP as we learn more. I assure you if there is an error, we will of course provide a refund. This is not the results and service quality we stand by.
