The person I talked to had me down in…
The person I talked to had me down in the wrong City. I asked her to change it & she never did. My last name is also wrong. When we were talking her phone kept going out & she didn't call me back. If there were no stars that would be the better fit my experience. You lost my business. I'm going with a difference bank

Had an appraisal on my house about 3…
Had an appraisal on my house about 3 yrs ago & to refinance the loan you required a new appraisal & it came in lower than 3 yrs ago kind of stupid as this is a resort area where housing prices have lncreased tremendously

Hi James, Unfortunately, the appraiser is an independent nonaffiliated third party. They do not work for us and due to compliance regulations we do not communicate with them or contract them ourselves. We are not allowed to communicate with them directly, only through another third party so we have no influence on their results. They are certified to inspect and evaluate your property in adherence with FHA guides.

It's been several months and still no…
It's been several months and still no word on whether underwriting will accept my property. At least they could have said no. But so far - nothing.

Although I have always kept my real…
Although I have always kept my real estate tax and home insurance up to date and so advised your company, on several occasions your company has claimed to not have received my messages to that effect. It would appear your various offices or departments do not comunicate with each other. Knowing that interest rates have declined, I've ask if you would reduce my rate. The answer is no and in fact as recently as two weeks ago I ask again and talked to one of your representives. He took my information and never returned my call. As a result of my experiences with your company, I have begun negotiations with another Reverse Mortgage company who have offered much lower rates. I'm sorry, but that is a brief history of my experience. Jim Stewart
