Overall very pleased with Sales and Customer Service experience. The CS rep, Crystal absolutely outstanding. John McCormick shepherded process along but once closed never got a "thanks for the business" call. I ran a $130 million sales organization so I notice that kind of stuff. Celink overbearing with what they wanted on a voided check to begin payments. Somebody needs to get them off their high horse. Wrote VP regarding this issue and never heard back. That's it...nice job.

We were happy with the process and the Rep. that worked with us. The only dissatisfied aspect was the appraisal on the house. Had to pay to get it appraised and they set the loan at the tax value anyway so WHY did I have to pay for an appraisal fee?

Process took much longer than it should have due to poor communication, but ultimately satisfied with results. Final numbers were far short of initial cashback estimates, but, again, the final results were acceptable and would recommend to others.
