Painful to deal with
Dry painful dealing with this company. Not competitive with rates .underwriters are a joke and vicious

Don’t bother
Salesman worked hard at getting my business. After applying and waiting a week, I asked what was going on and was told sorry, we can’t help. My property has more than enough equity to cover but that was not good enough. Don’t waste your time with this company. You will be disappointed.

Your company would not let me reverse…
Your company would not let me reverse finance. So I had to sell it to a cash buyer and we used our money to buy an RV to live in. Commercials are deceptive.

I have been with Finance of America for…
I have been with Finance of America for 5 years, at that time my house was valued at $375,000.00 today the state of Minnesota values it at $595,000.00 yet FOA can't see their way to give me an increase in cash value or a second mortgage or what ever it's called. I intend to sell in less than 2 years, my neighbor an estimator figures I shouldn't ask less than $700,000.00 and first should ask for $800,000.00 because I might get it. Yet again FOA can't see a way to assist me these last 2 years here, your not thinking correct.
