Kudos to my loan officer:relationship manager Julie Lobacz!! If not for her this thing would not have got done. However, the back room processes were terrible. And the customer service people were not as knowledgeable as I would have anticipated. But the deal got done and that’s what really matters. So I will recommend because of Julie.

Service was good as long as you got dedicated rep....Unfortunately we had a dud who we found out was let go during our process ....we wondered what was taking so long only to find this out...However once the manager took over every thing went fine.....

Chris was extremely proactive in pushing our process to a successful conclusion. My only hesitation was that the resulting payout was handled very poorly.

Overall experience excellent. Jumbo rate to high for little or no risk on this property Will pay it off as soon as possible.

Agent was easy to get a hold of in Indianapolisuntill it was time to transfer money. Tried 5 times to contact him about a problem and never called back our a thank you for the bussiness so I guess it is all about the money only.
