Finance of America Reverse ..a 5 star company
Joe DeAngelis was our main representative during the entire transaction. As first timers this was a long process and when it seemed confusing, Joe walked us through it and simplified it for us. Additionally, all of the other people involved were very professional and helpful as well. Since it took all of 4 months and when it seemed it would never end, Joe kept us informed and assured us that everything was on schedule. I would definitely recommend this company and especially Joe DeAngelis as an agent for anyone who is thinking of a reverse mortgage.

I found that France's was very represents the best of your company.
I found that France's was very knowledgeable and personable! It is always a pleasure to work with somebody who knows their business and does their best to understand what the client wants and needs. The only drawback, which I am sure all finance companies have, is the amount of paperwork that is necessary. France's is a credit to your organization, and although I have talked to many refi companies, her explanations and understanding of how to talk to the client make her an exemplary employee.

An existing customer with a good…
An existing customer with a good working relationship, I resisted the multiple approaches from mortgage companies that had promises with no significant track record. I choose your company because Ernie Sambrano responded to my questions with answers that worked well with my previous experience as a lease marketing rep. I developed a trust with Ernie that is crucial in a transaction this large.
