We should be getting more interest on our part to help pay the money we borrowed already. We are getting close to nothing right now. This would help keep the monthly loan on money we owe for going up so fast without monthly payments. .

While we were VERY happy with our FAR loan representative, the strict restrictions of the company's underwriting prevented us from completing our loan.

It seems like it's some time to process everything . It's been over 1 1/2 months since I started this process.

William Bowman was my RM loan advisor. I was pleased with him up to the point where he lied to me regarding the appraisal fee, as he mentioned he/Finance of America Reverse, would "Take Care" of the appraisal fee as a ploy to get my business, but that was a lie. When I received my final loan documents the appraisal fee was listed as my cost. I spoke with William about his statement of “I'll take care of the appraisal fee”, and he stated that was only if I decided to not go with Finance of America Reverse. I don't like to be lied to.....watch out for deceitful people.
