A great experience. A great company.
They are an excellent, professional service in a fairly complicated loan process that they made relatively fast and simple. Communication and response to inquiries was great. One of the best home loan experiences I’ve had. Worth mentioning that their ongoing outreach and communication and customer service is among the best of the companies I do business with.

I just love my contact at Finance of America
I just love my contact at Finance of America Joe DeAngelis has been wonderful guiding me through many of the aspects of the reverse mortgage… thank God for him …he’s a definite keeper. He is very professional and personable he’s made it easier for me dealing with and understanding the complicated subject of reverse mortgage.

Thank you Finiance of Americia reverse! I have had a good experience with your company! It all stems from your agent Adam Nielsen! He worked with me step by step in this process. I had many questions & he answer them all! For me this was a big step, and the thing I don’t like, is you never meet face to face with the agent you are working with. For me that is a draw back in this whole process. When I did my first reverse I was able to see the agent I was working with. It’s a real shame about Covid. But with Adam Nielsen I felt at ease working with this man! I good tell from talking to him , he was a stand up guy. And I think even at 75 I can judge a persons character. So thank you Finiance of Americia Reverse & thank you Adam Nielsen ! I will never pay this loan off , I don’t care! What I cared about is the way I was treated ! Again thanks Adam Nielsen , because to me Adam Nielsen is Finiance of Americia Reverse !

FAR a great group with which to work
Overall the professionalism and guidance I received was top notch from two of the three Mortgage Professionals of which I engaged. Having been recently widowed, I needed someone to the take extra time in assisting me to understand the process prior to finalizing any agreements. Thank you FAR for all of your help. I believe that once I have had enough time to properly grieve I will actually be prepared to move forward in a positive manner and I will certainly do business with you again.
