If you are lucky enough to work with consultant Melissa Hossain than your experience obtaining a reverse mortgage with FOA will be as seamless as ours. All our questions, concerns and doubts were met with complete explanations and our best interests in mind. We are very happy with our choice and will recommend FOA to our friends and family.

FOA clearly understands its borrowers and hires exceptional Loan Officers who know how to communicate effectively with us. I easily grasped the points my Loan Officer was making during our conversations because his explanations were clearly stated and understandable. I felt completely comfortable being open about my financial circumstances and my objectives for refinancing an existing reverse mortgage. Instructions were given to me at a pace that assured me I understood the loan process and what my next steps were to be. My questions were welcomed and answered to my satisfaction. An FOA reverse mortgage gave me the financial security I needed and wanted for myself in retirement. It's made a world of difference. I can truly enjoy time spent doing the things I dreamed of doing in retirement without financial worries. I highly recommend FOA Reverse.
