Getting a Reverse Mortgage is sometimes confusing and little frightening. I communicated with "EJ". She was helpful and communicated clearly. I actually called her when I had a question. I trust her to be forthcoming with me (besides, we had fun talking :-)). I did not necessarily want to change my Reverse Mortgage, I wanted to change the terms (length) without paying more out of pocket. I get many solicitations for my Reverse Mortgage, but, because of EJ, I will stick with Finance of America. What is a Trustpilot account?

My Reverse Mortgage with Finance of America is just what I needed in order to maintain my usual way of life and to remain in my home. My wife died four years ago and we had planned to remain in our home until that final day of passing. I must add that Ryan Wall of Finance of America was outstanding to do business with. Even now on occasion I phone him with a question and he responds very quickly and addresses the question in detail.
