I started doing this awhile back
I started doing this awhile back. Some of the negative press kept me from doing it. As I studied more it looked better for me, but I was still unsure.Then along came trump and I was getting ready to exit this land before he went nuts. After he left office i looked at one story home, don`t exist , town homes and down sizing all the same. It cost me less to stay put in my home. So thsi summer I took off and have been painting and getting bids for roof and new HVAC. And I wrote the sales person who i had last contact with, he never answered. So us old folks take our time and are slow to make life changes as we age.be patient with us we have to feel we are doing it on our own, not being sold or misled( not which you did)

Quite disappointed
We were quite pleased with the excellent service provided by your staff right up through singing the documents. Then, however just before closing at the last minute, your loan offer was withdrawn. Needless to say we were very disappointed.

Twice signing documents was postponed…
Twice signing documents was postponed because the underwriter found something that was missing that should have been taken care of in the beginning.

Withholding funds set aside for repairs…
Withholding funds set aside for repairs and not releasing the funds when the repairs are completed was not how it was represented..

You don't honor my request to go green…
You don't honor my request to go green for planetary health by going all paperless. I was shocked & saddened by the amount of postal mail you've sent me since I asked you to stop polluting.

I am in the process of an application
I am in the process of an application. It has been months and still nothing..My condo may be the reason,but you have my information from my last application..So I am in limbo..Seems that you could communicate with them to get this done.I guess I still have to go thru appraisal etc..I am losing my patience.

sent in a claim
sent in a claim. i called 5 times to track it, not once did any one ever get back to me with ,, calls or emails regarding the status,, after a couple weeks i got one check i sent 3 estimates that needed to be done. they sent 1/2 the amount the contractor wants, not sure if he will even start the job. wants to paid the day he is finished ,,,,,,,i called 5 contractors that do stone, they all said call this guy, he is the only one we use,,,,,it is natural field stone,,,,,,,still waiting on the other checks .. ,,,,

I never got an answer to my email…
I never got an answer to my email regarding my refinance. I was told that I would have to get a loan that paid my property taxed and homeowners because of my bankruptcy in April 2020. Then I was left a message that it couldn't be done. I phoned several times and emailed to find out if next year I could reapply. It will be 2 years then. I never got an answer. I was told initially that after 2 years I might get the refi.
