This website is a total scam. Please be very careful before providing your card credentials. They store your card details and use them later without your consent. Two months ago, I purchased a ticket from Detroit to Madrid. After booking my reservation, I received an email stating that no seats were available, but they offered another flight on the same day. They called me and said I had to provide my card details over the phone. Because I was in a rush at the time, I complied and gave them the information. Although I successfully flew to Madrid on American Airlines, the real issue is how they handled my data. They stored all my card details and used them later. Two months after my trip, a transaction of nearly $700 USD from "Jet Airways" was declined on my card. Today, another unauthorized charge of $218 USD appeared under "Frontier Airlines." I am absolutely certain this website is the main culprit behind these fraudulent charges. Avoid this website at all costs—they totally scam people.

**BEWARE*** DO NOT USE THIS THIRD PARTY TRAVEL AGENCY! I booked a flight over a month ago from Denver Co to Charlotte N Carolina for 167.00 round trip set to leave on June 8 6am from Denver airport. I was told 24 hours before my flight departure I would receive my flight confirmation number by email which I never got so I tried to call the 24 hour customer service line only to be told to leave a message. The airline i was to go thru was frontier ( WHICH HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH MY BOOKING) so I called them only to be told their was no record of my flight! I was scammed! I feel like such a fool! I should not have waited until the last minute to find this out, although I did receive a confirmation to my email with my itinerary with the bogus number ab1cde I should have known I was leaving to watch my first grandchild be born! I'm very upset!

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They're a fraud. I never received my e-tickets. Don't believe in anything they say to convince you that they bought a flight. They lie to you all the time.

Pesima experiencia con ellos compré unos boletos con conexion y no cumplieron lo que vendieron en la pagina. Cuando revicé mi correo sólo tenia la confirmación de la conexion y no la otra ruta. Cuando llamé, me dijeron que para cancelarlo tenia que pagar $1950.00 cuando yo pague $600 por el boleto. NO COMPREN EN ESTE SITIO NO ES CONFIABLE.

I have booked flights in countries in Africa and Eurasia where there is no functioning government, no banking system to speak of, and a completely broken administrative system. Yet on all those occasions I received far better and more efficient service than with this group of chancers [Faresprime]. An absolute fiasco from start to finish - clearly a scam! Avoid!!

Buyer be aware this company is a SCAM! They tried to use my card a couple of months later after my issues with them the previous months. They tried to buy two airline tickets on my card! I had to cancel my card. Call my bank and report them, It has been a catastrophe for months. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
