I had never heard of Faresplanet, but they had cheaper airfare than other discount websites for the flights I wanted. When the booking fell through due to overbooking, Faresplanet gave me a better flight for the same price. Very happy with their service. Cynthia Wilson was the agent I worked with. Excellent experience. Would use again.
Teri

Very good experience. I called FaresPlanet before I read the bad reviews, and the person I spoke with was very helpful and explained everything clearly. I got my plane ticket at a good price and with no problems at all. I will use them again.
