Max Hopper served me really well and I recommend this service

Max Hopper arranged my flights and was very efficient. I haven't taken my flights yet so fingers crossed all goes well. I'll come back here after my trip later this month and post about my experience.

I rarely write reviews, but I really felt like it was necessary that I share my experience with Faresplanet. The representative who assisted me is Cynthia Wilson. She was amazing. I asked a lot of questions, because I was doubtful about this company. I was looking for flights to fly speakers in for an event I was hosting. The price for tickets coming out of Fresno, California, were extremely high. I was searching for several days hoping to snag a great deal, and then I see Faresplanet; a company I had NEVER heard of before. I clicked the link. I enter my information and the price of the ticket was significantly lower than what I had been seeing. Can this be true? I then started to look at reviews, and I didn’t see enough reviews that made me feel comfortable. In fact, I saw more reviews that made me think, "this isn't a good company." The chat box opened up and I was asked if they could assist me. I begin to engage with them and decided to call the number given and was connected to Cynthia. I was very honest with her. I shared with her my discomfort, because the price difference seemed surreal. I questioned their location as a company. I listened to those I could hear in the background because I’m trying to determine if they were legit. When Cynthia quoted me, the price went up about $200. This made me pause again, but even with a $200 increase from what I saw on the webpage, it was saving me over $600 from the prices with the airlines AND Priceline! But, when I weighed the pros and cons, the cons outweighed the pros to me, and I told Cynthia, "No, I don't feel comfortable." You all don't have enough positive reviews. I see someone else is saying your price changed on them too. "No, I'm sorry Cynthia, thanks for your time." Cynthia emailed me and asked me to reconsider. She directed me to Trustpilot to read more reviews. She told me she would respect my decision, but hoped I would give her a chance to serve me as she knew their company had the best rates out here! She let me know that price changes can happen if we don't snag the ticket in time, but they search for the best and give us the best as well. Cynthia was very patient with me, and she allowed me to ask her questions without ever taking offense. I know I have said a lot, but I really wanted to paint a picture of my process, because if you are like me, you need someone who can help you know that the company is one that can be trusted. You can also call and ask to speak with Cynthia Wilson, to be your agent. She's amazing. You will be pleased.
